Triple 'S' Caterers

Triple ‘S’ Caterers has provided you as our customer, the food that you have ordered for your event. We have provided this food on the basis that it has been cooked fresh for you on the day of your event, prior to your time of collection or delivery. We therefore state, that we cannot take responsibility of any issues that may arise from any of the products that have been supplied by us after your event.

Whilst your event is in progress, and you find there is an issue with any of our products, please contact us immediately on the same day to log the issue, do not hesitate to contact us at any point.

Triple ‘S’ Caterers will not be held responsible if our products are not taken care of during transit or if your event is running behind schedule.

Triple ‘S’ Caterers will not be held responsible for left over foods for consumption the next day. It is the customer’s decision to keep left over foods and it is up to them to store any left over foods in the correct way before any consumption after an order is placed.

Any frozen products bought from our premises must be stored in the correct manner at suitable freezing temperatures. Triple ‘S’ Caterers are not responsible if products are damaged due to unsatisfactory food freezing conditions.

It is up to you, the customer, to plan your event accordingly and determine the type of additional services you may or may not require for your event. Any Waiters provided as a service are outsourced using an agency. Triple ‘S’ Caterers will not be held responsible for their actions. It is down to the customer to organise waiters when planning your own packaged event.

When booking a Catering Event with Triple ‘S’ Caterers, you may require samples of menu selections to help choose your menu for your guests. Please note that all samples can be arranged as a takeaway for you to try at home, however these will be charged per portion as per our normal takeaway menu.

All catering orders are to be booked one month in advance subject to availability. A 50% deposit is required to secure this date for your catering and payment in full is required 7 days before your event in order to confirm the catering booking.

All takeaway orders are to be booked via phone or email. These contact details are available via our website after agreeing our privacy policy. When placing a takeaway order, you must give your name and contact number for the booking. If your takeaway order is a large order, you may be asked to pay a 50% deposit at the time of booking to confirm the order. Payment in full will then be required upon collection of your order.
